Maintenance Technician


Maintenance Technician provides a variety of maintenance services to buildings, equipments & grounds.


The Maintenance Technician supports the mission of WFCDD by ensuring that the individuals who choose WFCDD as their service provider have access to clean, safe, attractive, and functional homes, equipment, and facilities in which they receive services.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Vocational/technical training and/or verifiable practical work experience in a majority of skills including; carpentry, painting, electrical , plumbing, mechanical, floor coverings, roofing & upholstery.

Direct Support Professional

Direct Support Professionals provide direct support while ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals with disabilities. They also assist in the areas of self-help, activities of daily living, and socialization.

Our DSPs are passionate about serving others and provide meaningful work in a variety of community and residential settings.

We have full time, part time, and on-call positions available.

WFC offers competitive pay and excellent benefits. The average pay for this position following the probationary period is $9.00 per hour.

Autism Program Support Staff

Part-Time Position

Duties may include but are not limited to preparing or implementing lesson plans for participants in the areas of:

  • Sensory Communication
  • Transitional
  • Social
  • Recreational
  • Daily Living Skills

Position requires mentoring or job coaching as well as other duties needed within program


  • High School Diploma
  • Strong organizational, Interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Punctual
  • Experience working with children/adults with disabilities, preferably Autism

This application will cover the 2015 Summer Program. The part-time position is needed Monday thru Friday. Resumes are not necessary, but encouraged.
